1. Who we are

80 Labs ("80 Labs", "we", "us", or "our") provides tools, research, and AI‑assisted trading systems designed to help traders structure their own decision‑making processes. Our services include, but are not limited to, our websites (including 80labs.to and any subpages such as /start), signal feeds (for example via Telegram), educational content, and any other products or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

3. Eligibility & trader responsibility

You may use the Services only if you:

• are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and
• are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, compliance with local laws and regulations, and any taxes or reporting obligations that may arise from your activity.

4. No financial, investment, or trading advice

All information and content provided through the Services, including signals, indicators, system descriptions, market commentary, and educational material, is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in the Services constitutes:

• financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice;
• a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset; or
• a solicitation or offer to engage in any trading strategy or transaction.

We do not consider your individual circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, or financial situation. Any use of the Services is at your own risk and discretion.

5. Trading risk disclosure

Trading and investing in cryptocurrencies, FX, indices, derivatives, and other financial instruments is highly speculative and involves a substantial risk of loss. You may lose some, all, or more than your initial capital. Past performance, hypothetical backtests, or simulated results are not indicative of future results.

By using the Services you acknowledge that you understand these risks and that 80 Labs has no responsibility for any losses or damages arising from your trading activity.

6. Use of the Services

Subject to these Terms, 80 Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non‑commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, or redistribute signals or content for resale or commercial exploitation without our prior written consent;
• scrape, harvest, or automate collection of content in a way that degrades or interferes with the Services;
• use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative purpose; or
• attempt to circumvent any security or access controls associated with the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or are otherwise using the Services in a way that could harm 80 Labs or other users.

7. Accounts, security, and communications

Some parts of the Services may require you to create an account or join a third‑party platform (for example, a Telegram channel). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

By using the Services, you consent to receiving operational and service‑related communications from us, such as updates, notices, or changes to these Terms. You can opt out of non‑essential marketing communications at any time using the methods described in those messages.

8. Third‑party services and links

The Services may integrate with or link to third‑party platforms, tools, or content (including brokers, exchanges, Telegram, charting platforms, or automation tools). 80 Labs does not control and is not responsible for:

• the availability, accuracy, or security of any third‑party services; or
• any losses or issues arising from your use of third‑party services.

Your use of third‑party services is governed solely by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

9. Fees, subscriptions, and changes

We may offer both free and paid tiers of the Services. If you subscribe to any paid plan, the applicable pricing, billing cycle, and additional terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non‑refundable. We may change our prices or introduce new charges by posting updated information on our website or otherwise notifying you in advance, subject to applicable law.

Your continued use of a paid Service after a price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

10. Intellectual property

All content and materials made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, system descriptions, signals, software, and design ("Content"), are owned by or licensed to 80 Labs and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the limited license explicitly granted in these Terms, you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Services or Content. Any unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

80 Labs specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Services will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 80 Labs and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability is not excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid to 80 Labs for access to the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) US dollars (or equivalent in your local currency).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 80 Labs and its affiliates, and their respective founders, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

14. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Buffalo, NY will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes, subject to any mandatory local laws that apply to you.
